Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (such as food)

• Custom or personalized items

• Sale or discounted items (unless they arrive damaged or defective)

• Health and personal care items

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Process:
To start a return, contact us at support@dudhshud.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds:
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
